Our Estate Chardonnay is only made in years that provide perfect ripening conditions for our small, high elevation planting at our Twelve Oaks Estate. Our Chardonnay is influenced by and exemplifies the Laurelwood soil, a terroir that imparts a distinct minerality and bright, lively acidity to the wine. This soil, composed of ancient, windblown loess over a basalt base, enhances the wine’s clean, precise profile, and contributes to its refreshingly crisp finish.
