“Anne” is one-half of a pair of dessert wines made from estate grown Müller-Thurgau. This wine started

from grapes frozen to concentrate sugar and flavor. The juice was divided into a separate tank and allowed

to follow its own path to fermentation. “Anne” received a 7-month cool fermentation to encourage this vin

glace style dessert wine to be intensely fragrant, yet delicate, with notes of honeysuckle, apricot and

pineapple dominating the palate.

“Amie” is one-half of a pair of dessert wines made from estate grown Müller-Thurgau. This wine started

from grapes frozen to concentrate sugar and flavor. The juice was then divided into a separate tank and

allowed to follow its own path to fermentation. After a cool fermentation, “Amie” was fortified and this

deeply textured vin doux naturel style dessert wine is filled with notes of caramel, vanilla and candied

orange peel, leading to a rich, warm finish.
